Due to expansion my client is looking for a dynamic individual to manage their sales team, you must be used to working with KPI`s and be results driven.
Salary: £35,000 – £38,500 basic
Plus, OTE a further £8,000 uncapped
Hours: 37.5 hours working week
(Occasional weekend work)
Westcliff – on – sea
office based.
Must haves:
You must have strong people management skills – within coaching and development, together with advanced numeracy and computer skills.
Experience in managing a sales team and working with KPI`s
Working in a regulated environment
Ability to read, analyse and understand data
Manage team performance.
Experience in 1-2-1 meetings
