    💼 What You’ll Be Doing

    • Becoming an expert on event products, audiences and competitors.
    • Managing and expanding relationships with existing sponsors.
    • Creating tailored, commercially smart sponsorship solutions.
    • Prospecting, contacting and securing meetings with new sponsors.
    • Working closely with marketing, production and operations teams to deliver world‑class events.
    • Identifying new business from industry sources, competitor events and media channels.
    • Owning your pipeline and driving strong revenue performance.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2–3+ years B2B sponsorship or events sales experience.
    • A proven history of beating sales targets.
    • Strong new‑business development and closing skills.
    • Excellent communicator and relationship‑builder.
    • Driven, competitive and commercially switched‑on.
    • Organised, proactive and confident working autonomously.
