Job offer: Vehicle Strip / Refit Technician
Location: Rochester, Kent
Pay rate: £17.21ph PAYE

Are you detail-oriented and mechanically skilled?
We’re looking for a Strip and Fit Technician to join our team and play a vital role in the vehicle repair and refinishing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Stripping and fitting panels and carrying out repairs in line with approved standards
Fit and align vehicle panels, trims, bumpers, lights, and other components post-repair
Removing parts and panels off a range of vehicles
Carry out quality checks to ensure proper fit and finish
Assist body technicians and paint team as required
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Follow all health and safety regulations
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Strip and Fit or similar role, full UK driving licence, good knowledge of vehicle components and assembly/disassembly technique, ability to work independently and efficiently, high attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
