Warehouse Operative – Colchester

Are you reliable, hard-working, and ready to get stuck in? We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy distribution centre in Colchester.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of our operation, helping to ensure goods are received, picked, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role that involves:
- Handballing (manual loading/unloading of containers and vehicles)
- Picking and packing orders
- Heavy lifting and moving stock safely
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely
- A great team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable and punctual
