Are you an experienced Vehicle Polisher looking to join a professional automotive team where quality is valued?
We’re recruiting for a skilled Vehicle Polisher to prepare and finish repaired vehicles to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern workshop with a supportive team and no customer-facing responsibilities.
Duties include:
- Machine polishing repaired vehicle panels to a high-quality finish.
- Removing sanding marks, holograms and minor paint imperfections.
- Buffing and refining fresh paintwork.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure a flawless finish.
- Maintaining polishing equipment and keeping the work area clean and organised.
- Working closely with Paint Sprayers and Prep Technicians to meet production deadlines.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Polisher within an automotive bodyshop.
- Confident using rotary and DA polishing machines.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
