Job Role: Administrator
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000/annum
I am recruiting for an Engineering company who are looking for someone to add to team of three administrators. You will work in a varied role which will include answering and transferring calls. Greeting victors and general administration.
This is a 1 year contract to start immediately !!!!
You will also:
Covert documents edit and format quotations, correspondence and other documents
– Check voicemail and responding accordingly
– Order stationary and office supplies when required
– Meet, greet and sign visitors in and out at reception
– Set up for meeting rooms
– Organise internal client lunches and make reservations when needed
– Managing incoming and outgoing post
– Type and format quotations, correspondence and other documents
– Organise and co-ordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements
– File documents, Scan and file paper documents
– Making sure reception is neat and tidy at all times
– Help PA with office admin
Any other ad hoc duties that may arise.
This is a great role working in a small friendly team of a large company providing general assistance to the office.
Previous administrative experience and good word skills are required
