In the Administrator role you’ll report to the Team Leader and will be responsible for providing high quality Administrative Support to the HR department. You will be working in a busy office and will need to have come from a solid administration background, with good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
This position is based in the company’s Laindon Essex office, so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.
The standard working hours for this job are 8am-4.15pm.
To be the right person for Administrator role you will need direct experience of administration ideally within an HR department.
We also need you to have prior experience of dealing with salary / payroll / sickness queries.
It’s also essential that you’ve got experience of updating tracking spreadsheets.
It’s important that you also have the following:
– Intermediate to advanced skills in excel
– Excellent attention to detail as no room for error
– The ability to prioritise workloads with minimal supervision
We need you to be able to create and update desk procedures and be able to file on electronic dossiers.

The basic salary for the Administrator role is up to £25,300 per annum.
