**Air Export Operator**
You will need the following: –
· 2years minimum experience
· With 5-year solid work history within the UK
· Working knowledge of Dangerous Goods
My client is looking for talented operator with export experience, you will be responsible for all aspects of Air freight documentation, administration, and organisation. You will work with various IT systems and provide a high level of customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of exports
Creating AWBs
Booking transport
Experience working with key accounts
Familiar with export entries with export licences
Working DG experience
Team player
Contacting airlines for rates / bookings / approvals
Dealing with overseas agents
Answering phone calls and support team leaders
You must have:
You will have minimum 2 years’ experience
You have worked for 5 years in the UK and no criminal record (no gaps)
Attention to detail
Demonstrate agility and development within the role
Ability to always maintain confidentiality
Desire to adapt to a new and changing processes as required by the business
This is a permanent role based in the Heathrow office with standard working hours –
Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
