£££ £36,000 – £38,000 plus vehicle, expenses etc.
📍 Mobile – Essex, London and South East
⏱️ 3 month contract immediate start and permanent contract available. No weekends Day shift 0800 1700 Monday to Friday
This is a varied mobile role (Full-time )where you will be employed directly by the company and paid a monthly salary as well as be provided with a work van – all expenses paid!!
To provide general maintenance duties at a various locations in Essex London and surrounding areas.
Duties include:
Ensure maintenance of health and safety standards;
Ensure safety, good operation of services and cleanliness of premises;
Emergency light testing;
Fire Alarm checks;
Water temperature checking;
Check security (doors/locks/alarms) of premises;
General maintenance and repairs as
Carry out decorating and minor refurbishment
Working with another Handy person
Full driving licence – Works vehicle provided
This is an opportunity to manage your own day so we are looking for someone reliable; and self motivated who enjoys taking responsibility for their own work load
Good working knowledge of health and safety and compliance is ideal along with painting , fixing and repairs experience
