Day shift 0800 1700 Monday to Friday
I am recruiting for a Maintenance Handyperson to carry out general maintenance duties at a various locations in London and surrounding areas.
Duties include:
- Emergency light testing;
- Fire Alarm checks;
- Water temperature checking;
- Check security (doors/locks/alarms) of premises;
- General maintenance and repairs as requested;
- Basic plumbing and electrical works (if qualified);
- Carry out decorating and minor refurbishment works;
- Report issues requiring specialist intervention;
- Working with another Handyperson where necessary.
Experience and Qualifications:
Full drivers licence
- Minimum 2 years Handyperson experience;
- Reliable;
- Self motivated
- Good working knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements;
- Broad range of general skills;
- Organised and thorough;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Problem solving skills.
