Working within the Freight Forwarding sector in an expanding fast paced company which is a well-respected business within the industry, you will be given a golden opportunity to progress with a real career plan in place.

About the role:
We are looking for confident driven and ambitious individuals, who are looking to build a career and the opportunity to thrive in a telephone-based role. Your main function will be to develop business by sourcing opportunities, making calls and then with assistance from your head of desk close the deal.
Full training will be given, we just need you to have a great attitude and a desire to succeed coupled with some telephone-based experience. They want you to achieve & move up the ladder and will provide all the necessary support to ensure you achieve this.
Main Responsibilities:
Communicating with in/outbound leads via multiple channels (phone, email, and social media).
Making new sales calls
Learning how to calculate quotations
Building a sales pipeline, tracking, and managing the complete sales process.
Gathering market and customer information.
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.

Skills and Experience required:
• Previous experience within a targeted sales role would be ideal but is not essential
• Some telephone-based experience
• The ability and desire to sell with a positive, confident, and determined approach
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
• Strong communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.
