Our client is a leading golf equipment supplier selling both across leading retail outlet’s and on one of the most popular golf equipment websites in the UK.
Due to growth over the last few years they are now looking for someone to join the team, offering support across all the platforms including some customer service.
This will suit someone with an interest in Golf! But this isn’t essential….. what’s more important is that you have experience of updating and working with databases & websites and enjoy a varied role.
This role is administration, however you would be willing to check and manage stock, offer customer service both over the phone and via email and be an all round member of the team willing to pitch in wherever needed.
The main duties will include;
- Creation of golf equipment listings on website
- Stock control/management
- Updating the database
- Dealing with queries – email and phone
