Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing/generating new business leads
  • To accurately identify and target the key decision makers within a qualified company and speak professionally and with enthusiasm regarding the product
  • Ensure all personal targets are regularly met
  • To work with sales management in putting together an appropriate sales proposition and presenting this accurately to decision makers
  • To keep up to date with current news affairs and topics related to the relevant industry sectors to ensure a clear understanding of current industry trends, developments and issues
  • Provide management reports detailing pipelines, ‘hot’ business and expected weekly revenue to managers – providing accurate information


The ideal candidate will have the below experience:

  • 1+ year B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in business development / new business environment
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work towards targets
  • You’ll be naturally ambitious and looking for a career that offer continuous training and development with the opportunity to progress into management
  • You will be a fantastic communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills


What we offer:

  • Competitive salaries along with a uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE within your first year of £40,000 – £50,000. Potential to double within your second year
