Job Type: Customer Service Sales Advisor

Salary: £20,000 per annum plus monthly bonus

Our client is within the welfare facilities industry and is looking for a Customer Service Sales Administrator to join their fast growing team based in Chelmsford.
You will be part of a friendly medium sized team taking incoming inquiries from prospective customers and dealing with quotations, inputting and processing sales orders and following up on previous enquiries.
This role involves a high level of incoming phone work as well as administration as you will be liaising with drivers and customers and processing orders. We are looking for someone who enjoys converting an order into a sale and someone who is driven and keen to earn extra commission. There is no cold calling in this role but someone who has a natural flair and persuasive manner with previous sales experience would be well suited to this position.
Part of your role will be to ensure that you ask qualifying questions when a customer calls, such as obtaining contact information etc. in order to prepare the quote. You will also be making call backs to follow up and see if the customer wishes to progress to an order.
Full training will be provided.
Skills and Experience:
Office based customer service, sales or telesales and administration experience is required.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to use your own initiative and to work under pressure are essential.
