Salary: £18,000 – £20,000

Providing emergency Breakdown service for customers.
– Receiving a high volume of inbound priority calls
– Directing and advising all customers
– Allocating drivers and general administration
– Shift Patterns – 2 days on / 2 days off – 12-hour shift pattern so increased days off
from 7.30am to 6.30pm or 9am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
– Call centre/customer services experience would be a major advantage
– Impeccable communication skills
– Pro-Active, well organised and conscientious
– Reliable and flexible
– Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays
