Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their ever-growing team, who deal with planned and reactive maintenance.
This is a busy exciting role where you will look after a major account for a high end boutique. You will liaise with lots of different end users from Senior Managers to Engineers and subcontractors.
• Reacting to facility issues or repair requests and raising jobs on the internal system.
• Monitoring inboxes
• Coordinating Engineers appointments
• Problem solving and working through queries
• Working on planned maintenance
• Checking progress and updating clients
• Producing purchase orders
As you will be allocated an account immediately, it is essential that you have Facilities Maintenance experience in reactive maintenance who is used to coordinating Engineers and Subcontractors and has an understanding of permits of work and risk assessments.
