Salary: £60,000 + £80,000 Basic + Commissions/Bonuses

Our Client is the leading provider of market information across key business verticals in both public and private sectors. They are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join the leadership team, ideally based mainly in the London office, but with flexible working options available.
The primary responsibility will be driving sustainable sales growth to highest performance as well as delivering an outstanding customer experience. The Head of Sales will lead and develop an existing team of Salespeople to achieve set key performance indicators. They will drive the team to deliver both new and existing opportunities in order to over-achieve the business targets set.
The ideal Sales Manager will come from a background of consultative, solution led sales management and will be able to demonstrate a clear track record of over performance within this field. As Head of Sales you will have advanced sales skills, therefore be able to plan and develop the pipeline of business, manage and support the team’s activity, and most importantly drive over performance of revenue effectively.

- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales management and 5-10 years overall commercial experience
- A demonstrable track record of sales performance – a career delivering and exceeding targets
- Experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams to improve performance and supporting personal development
- Subscription sales experience highly desirable
- Product development/improvement experience highly desirable
- Sales CRM (SalesForce, MS Dynamics or similar)
