They are looking for hungry, successful salespeople/Recruiters to help support their exciting international expansion plans
Our client is a company with a big focus on rewarding their talented staff with many incentive programs and an unrivalled commission plan to inspire hungry successful recruiters. To back this up the company invest heavily in Training, with a three year plan including inductions, intermediate and advanced development programs. They have invested in an internal trainer to support the learning program and give support and advice to staff.
As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Management of the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Generating new business and developing client relationships
- Cross networking and utilisation of the Business Development tools to generate Clients with repeat business for the future
- Planning, initiating and leading business trips to continue the development of key and prospect client relationships
- Identifying, qualifying and closing suitable candidates
- Leading by example, assisting with coaching/mentoring junior consultants
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Must have recruitment experience
- Previous experience of coaching and mentoring others
- Knowledge of IT and Technology recruitment is advantageous
