We are looking for a Senior Contracts Recruitment Consultant for an Essex based Technology Recruitment team.
Are you someone that has the desire to inspire and innovate and is not afraid to lead from the front, harnessing a client’s vision, mission and needs?
You will be given the trust and autonomy to implement your own ideas in the growth of your market.
You will have the full support of the company’s central service function and a clear recruitment plan enabling progression into hands off management and beyond, as well as further strategic input into the development of your desk.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
- Prior recruitment experience within international contracts recruitment (ideally within tech)
- Experience in mentoring junior consultants
- Experience building a new desk
- Passion for learning and development
- A strategic thinker that will drive growth in a specialist market.
- Someone that can adapt and embrace change in a fast moving, forward thinking business.
- Providing solutions to both our client and candidate network
- Have a desire to help grow a business and be the fore front of its development
