Our client is within the commercial supply industry and are looking for a temporary Admin Assistant to support the accounts based in Chelmsford.
We are looking for someone to assist the Finance Manager & Senior Credit Controller with a project in a busy growing office environment. You will need to be available immediately to help with the day to day running of the department, confident on the telephone and with great attention to detail.
You will be predominantly on the phones speaking with existing clients discussing their outstanding balance and dealing with any queries they might have.
- At least 1 years’ experience within a similar role
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Excellent telephone manner
Previous experience within a similar role is required and you must be a car driver with your own transport due to the location. Free onsite parking is provided.
