Our client based in Basildon is currently seeking a temporary HR Consultant to join them ASAP. The successful candidate is required to have a Strong Employee Relations background in Public Sector Environment to work within a small HR & OD Team servicing circa 900 employees.
Experience of successfully leading change programmes, working collaboratively with representative groups and other stakeholders on complex HR issues including TUPE
Up to date knowledge of employment legislation, European Directives and Codes of Practice and their implications in the workplace
Demonstrable experience of marketing and providing innovative HR consultancy-based services and solutions in an organisation of similar scale and/or complexity
Ability to plan and prioritise work
Experience of working in an HR environment
Experience with Microsoft Office
Good written and oral communication skills
Previous experience in similar role
Relevant professional level qualification
